The design of this machine enables a precise and thin cut which provides economy and low waste.

Central control panel with digital readout (metric or imperial) for blade height.  Motorized blade height adjustment for a quick positioning and precise cutting.

The conveyor belt is driven by a high performance hydraulic motor.  The adjustable feeding speed allows great flexibility according to the type of wood being used, either hard or soft.

Pneumatic cylinder and shock absorber on front pressure roller.

Return conveyor with free rollers.

Hydraulic system with two (2) pumps for independent adjustment of the feeding and the blade's hydraulic tension.

Movement of the wheels for tensioning of the blade on linear bearings.

Limit switch on access doors for an immediate shutdown of the machine, thus providing safety and protection to the operator.

High performance steel wheels of 28-1/2'' diameter with scrapers.

Three (3) dust hoods of 5'' diameter each.
