Two (2) numerically controlled steel guides on the machine frame ensure the rubber pads move smoothly in a straight line, providing maximum resistance to lateral forces.
Top pressure bar

Equipped with a double row of rubber rollers mounted on bearings. The height of the pressure bar can be adjusted using a handwheel, according to the thickness of the panel being processed, and is fitted with a height indicator with a metric scale.
Pre-milling with diamond cutter blocks

Mills the side of the panel where the edge is to be applied, ensuring a perfect straight gluing line without imperfections. The unit includes a waste extraction system and a blower to clean the side of the milled panel before the gluing phase.

Feeding fence with micrometric adjustment

Variable milling from 0 to 2 mm, adjustable using a knob and a numerical indicator.
Edge feeding

Synchronised feeding between the panel and the edge ensures perfect gluing thanks to the edge feed roller system, which is directly driven by the panel.
Pneumatic shear for cutting edge coils up to 3 mm

Exclusive features of the cutting shear unit:

  • Oscillatory movement of the cutting shear unit.
  • The oscillatory motion ensures that the edge feeding is uninterrupted during coil cutting, guaranteeing perfect gluing for edges up to 3 mm thick and panel heights of up to 45 mm.
    ''FLEX'' Teflon-coated glue pot

For quick and easy cleaning.
The glue pot is fitted with six (6) electrical heating elements (four inside the pot, one in the turret, and one inside the glue spreading roller) to ensure uniform temperature, eliminating the risk of excessive heat that could damage the glue and affect gluing quality. The motorized glue spreading roller distributes a uniform layer of glue, adjustable in thickness, on the side of the panel being processed.

Automatic front/rear end trimming unit with vertical rounding function (VR)
Single-motor, with copiers and a collection hood.
This unit allows for straight or radius cuts.
Flush trimmers

With Z4 Ø 75 mm cutter blocks, disposable carbide knives with a combined straight/radius profile (3 mm/1.5°) and two (2) 12,000 RPM motors. The flush trimmers include vertical copying roller discs Ø 120 mm and front copying pads.
Glue scraping unit

For removing any excess glue at the joint between the panel and the edge.
Buffing unit

Fitted with two (2) independent motors (0.13 kW at 1400 RPM), ensuring a perfect finish on ABS and PVC edges.
Front extensible support

With small rollers for large panels.
Rear plexiglass enclosure

Can be opened, providing visibility of the operating units inside.
