• Panel feeding system with a chain made of rubber pads for maximum adherence to the panels, installed on a robust steel chain with 5/8’’ links.

• Two (2) numerically controlled steel guides on the machine frame guarantee the rubber pads to run in a straight line and ensure maximum resistance to side pushes.

• Top pressure bar
  With a double row of rubber rollers installed on bearings. The height of the pressure bar is adjustable by means of a handwheel, according to the thickness of the panel being processed, and is fitted with a height indicator with a metric scale.

• Pre-milling with diamond cutter blocks
  Mills the side of the panel where the edge will be applied to achieve a perfectly straight gluing line without imperfections. The unit is equipped with a waste extraction system and a blower to clean the side of the milled panel before the gluing phase.

• Liquid spray separator/anti-glue unit
  Prevents excess glue from attaching to the top and bottom surfaces of the panel.
  Facilitates and improves cleaning next to the glue line.
  Equipped with two atomizers and a liquid tank.

• Feeding fence with micrometric adjustment
  Variable milling from 0 to 2 mm, adjustable with a knob and numerical indicator.

• Edge feeding
  Synchronization between the panel and the edge feeding system ensures a perfect gluing thanks to the edge feed roller system, directly driven by the panel.

• Pneumatic shear for cutting edge coils up to 3 mm
  Exclusive features of the cutting shear unit:
  Oscillatory movement of the cutting shear unit.
  The oscillatory movement of the cutting shear unit ensures that the edge feeding is not interrupted during coil cutting, guaranteeing perfect gluing for edges up to 3 mm thick and panels up to 45 mm high.

• Teflon-coated "FLEX" glue pot
  Permits complete and rapid cleaning and a glue pot change in seconds.
  Fitted with six (6) electrical heating elements (four in the glue pot, one in the turret, and one inside the glue spreading roller) to ensure a uniform temperature, eliminating the risk of high temperatures damaging the glue and compromising gluing quality.
  The motorized glue spreading roller distributes a uniform layer of glue, adjustable in thickness, onto the panel surface.

• Automatic front/rear end trimming unit (straight cut) MULTIFUNCTION (VS)
  With copiers and a collector hood.
  Function for rounding or vertical chamfering.

• Flush trimmers (NESTING)
  Rapid change between thin edge, two radii, and solid wood.
  The system detects the thickness of the edge, preventing mistakes.

• Corner rounding unit (CR)
  For finishing front and rear corners on straight, beveled, and post-formed panels.
  Equipped with diamond cutter blocks.

• Edge scraping unit (NESTING)
  Blowers for detachment and removal of shavings.
  Dust extraction system with a box for separating and collecting edge scraping shavings.

• Glue scraping unit (NESTING)
  Copier discs with an automatic cleaning system.
  Two separate knobs allow easy positioning of the tool and quick exclusion of the unit.

• Separator/anti-glue device
  Lower and upper atomizers with a liquid tank.
  Improves panel cleaning by removing glue residue.

• Buffing unit
  Equipped with two (2) independent motors (0.13 kW at 1400 RPM), guaranteeing a perfect finish for ABS and PVC edges.

• Front extensible support
  With small rollers for large panels.
  The rear plexiglass closure allows viewing inside the operating units, which can be opened.
