The Conquest 255 offers an excellent balance between price and quality. Designed with a movable bridge and fixed table, this machine processes thick panels with the highest accuracy, thanks to its closed frame. The high speed of all axes significantly reduces working cycle times.

WORKING TABLE ADAPTABLE TO ANY NEED

The working table, made of bakelite, can be divided into up to 16 vacuum zones. Special retractable stops and vacuum cups of various sizes can be placed on the table to enhance operational flexibility. Various table configurations are available, including bars, aluminum, steel, or hybrid.

FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATION

This machine is highly versatile in configuring operating units. In addition to the main electrospindle (available with both ISO 30 and HSK F63 connections) featuring an 8-position rotating tool changer, a second or third operating unit can be added according to customer requirements (e.g., sawing unit, horizontal routing unit, or another electrospindle). The main spindle can be equipped with a CNC-controlled 360° rotating axis to perform operations with angular aggregates in multiple directions. The boring unit can be equipped with a variable number of independent vertical and horizontal spindles on the X and Y axes. The machine is equipped with an OSAI numerical controller, a PC interface, and a handheld pendant, facilitating easy program testing.
