Master Pro CNC - 3-axis CNC machine for cabinet doors
Product Code: Master Pro CNC
Machining centers with up to four operating heads working simultaneously, designed for a wide range of applications. These include panel nesting, milling and drilling of pre-cut panels, as well as the production of doors, windows, stairs, and solid wood elements.
Configure the machine according to your machining needs, choosing between independent operating units with 3 or 5 axes, movable both at the front and rear of the portal. The working tables can also be selected with a continuous vacuum bed, or with suction beam fixtures with manual or automatic positioning.
An extremely rigid structure designed to ensure maximum quality and precision across the entire work area, even for particularly demanding pieces.
Solid aluminum rails, machined with micron-level precision (by Bacci Meccanica) to ensure perfect flatness and maximum rigidity, on which equipment carriers move, allowing the application of both vacuum modules (suction cups) and pneumatic clamping devices (vices). The equipment carriers slide on double linear guides positioned laterally to the rail, essential for reliable set-up in batch one. The rail is free on the upper flange (Bacci patent), and integrated blowers on each carrier ensure continuous cleaning of the rail surface. The presence of oversized reference stops guarantees maximum positioning accuracy.
Ideal for nesting operations as well as for clamping panels on suction cups positioned on the surface. The solid steel structure beneath (20 mm thick) also allows for secure and repeatable anchoring of counterprofiles. Vacuum capacities range from 250 m³/h to 1000 m³/h per single table, with multiple independent vacuum zones. On request, dynamic vacuum management can be implemented to concentrate vacuum only in the work areas.
The MASTER PRO Bacci structure, with a fixed portal and mobile tables, is designed for automatic loading and unloading of the machine through robots (cartesian, palletizing, or anthropomorphic), which, using automatically adjustable vacuum suction heads, can load/unload batch-one formats of varying sizes.
Moreover, the fixed portal structure allows the servicing robot to be positioned at the rear, while maintaining the ability to load/unload manually at the front."
