T4MO - Copy Lathe machine

T4MO is the longest-standing machine in Bacci catalog and has represented the state of the art for over 70 years in traditional lathes/sanders that replicate wooden elements by mechanically copying the shape from a three-dimensional model.

The result of the best mechanical expertise (gained in over a century of activity), T4MO has no equals in the conventional turning market.

The balancing system of the oscillating masses and the rigid structure eliminate vibrations, allowing high rotation speeds of the spindles even in the presence of heavy removals, with a consequent increase in productivity.

The transmission of the rotation movement of the spindles occurs via ground screw and backlash-recovery toothed crowns. The two movements of rotation of the spindles and advancement of the tools are controlled by a single motor controlled by an electronic inverter, to guarantee uniform turning and sanding.
