Cast iron fence moving on a solid steel cylindrical guide rail, for a quick and accurate movement.

Precision caterpillar chain with high-grade connecting pins heat-treated and ground garantying high speed feeding stability. 

Variable feeding speed controlled by inverter.

Digitally controlled central lubrication system ensuring a permanent oil film between the chain and the guide rails.  The chain conveyor stops automatically if there is insufficient oil to preserve the life of the feeding chain and precision rails.

The eight (8) pressure rollers are arranged in six (6) rows on both sides of the circular saw and supported by hinges so that the motion is smooth and stable.

Precision built saw arbor in nickel-chrome steel.  Large diameter saw arbor accurately and dynamically balanced.  Precision angular contact type ball bearings eliminating vibrations and displacements.

Three rows of anti-kickback fingers providing maximum safety protection for the operator.  Lateral safety guard.
