The link chain blocks are made of special cast iron. The high-grade steel connecting pins are heat treated and precision grinded. Each precisely made part guarantees straight line dip feeding even at high speed.

Variable feeding.

Electrical central lubrication system ensuring a permanent oil fi lm between the chain and the guide rails. Feed chain stops running automatically if there is insuffi cient oil to preserve the service life of the feed chain and precision rails.

The six(6) timber holding rolls are arranged in three(3) rows on both sides of the circular saw and supported by hinges so that the motion is smooth and stable. Pressure shoe included for the short pieces feeding of a minimum length of 12”.

Precision built saw arbor in nickel-chrome steel. Large diameter saw arbor is accurately ground and dynamically balanced. Precision angular contact type ball bearings eliminating vibrations and axial thrust.

Interchangeable arbor : makes it possible to do the blade confi guration outside the machine. The blade confi guration is variable due to an independent ring system.

Three(3) rows of antikickback fi ngers providing maximum safety protection for the operator. Security switch preventing the blades accessibility when they are working.
