Automatic oil mist cooling for saw blades providing burr-free surface of cut, while extending saw blade life.

Vertical (2) and horizontal (2) clamping design ensuring extremely firm clamping for any type of aluminium workpieces. Adjustable workpiece clamping pressure eliminating aluminium deformation problem.

Feed driven by an air/hydraulic combination system for smooth feed speed.

Wear resistant linear motion guides for accurate angles.

 

Cutting angle easily adjustable.

Production rate of around 175 cuts per hour.
