This machine uses a fluorescent marker for marking workpieces and, with a photocell sensor, detects defective parts and cuts them automatically.

High performance servomotor driving the pusher, thus providing precise positioning of the workpiece.

Computer with a memory of 100 sets of 36 cutting lengths each.

Wire along the infeed table that can be easily pulled to start the machine.

Safety switch inside the cabinet causing immediate shutdown of the machine at opening.

Infeed table equipped with infrared light along its length allowing the operator to stop the machine in case of an emergency, regardless of where he is located.  The operator simply interrupts the light beam and the machine stops completely.

Tunnel at the exit of the machine for maximum safety.
