Equipped with:
- Thermostatic glue control with automatic standby and temperature indicator.
- LED illuminated buttons for selecting machine operating units.
- Complete automation control of various operating units via an encoder located on the transmission system for panel feeding.
- Diagnostic system with messages for machine use and maintenance.
- Statistical operational data: total hours of machine use, total and partial meters of edge used.
- Panel feeding system with a chain made of rubber pads for maximum adhesion to panels, mounted on a robust steel chain with 5/8’’ links.
Two (2) numerically controlled steel guides on the machine frame ensure the rubber pads run straight and provide maximum resistance to lateral pressure.
Top pressure bar
With a double row of rubber rollers mounted on bearings. The height of the pressure bar is adjustable via a handwheel, based on the thickness of the panel being processed, and is equipped with a metric scale height indicator.
Pre-milling with diamond cutter blocks
Mills the side of the panel where the edge will be applied to ensure a perfectly straight gluing line without imperfections. This unit includes a waste extraction system and a blower to clean the side of the milled panel before the gluing phase.
Feeding fence with micrometric adjustment.
Variable milling from 0 to 2 mm, adjustable with a knob and a numerical indicator.
Edge feeding
The synchronization between the panel and the edge ensures perfect gluing, thanks to the edge feed roller movement system, directly driven by the panel.
Pneumatic shear for cutting edge coils up to 3 mm.
Exclusive features of the cutting shear unit:
The oscillatory movement of the cutting shear unit ensures that the edge feeding is not interrupted during coil cutting, guaranteeing perfect gluing for edges up to 3 mm thick and panel heights of up to 45 mm.
Teflon-coated glue pot for complete and rapid cleaning.
Equipped with six (6) electric heating elements (four in the glue pot, one in the turret, and one inside the glue spreading roller) to guarantee a uniform temperature, eliminating the risk of overheating that could damage the glue and prevent a perfect gluing result. The motorized glue spreading roller distributes a uniform layer of glue, which can be adjusted in thickness, on the side of the panel to be processed.
Two (2) pressure rollers:
- First floating roller Ø 80 mm.
- Second rubber pressure roller.
Automatic front/rear end trimming unit (straight cut)
With copiers and a chip collector hood.
Flush trimmers
With Z4 Ø 75 mm cutter blocks, featuring disposable knives with a combined straight/radius profile (3 mm/1.5°) and two (2) 12,000 RPM motors.
Flush trimmers include a vertical copy roller disc Ø 120 mm and front copy pads.
Edge scraping unit:
- Vertical disc copier.
- Friction front copier.
- Integrated aspiration system.
Glue scraping unit
Recommended for removing any excess glue at the junction between the panel and the edge.
Buffing unit
Equipped with two (2) independent motors (0.13 kW at 1400 RPM), ensuring a perfect finish for ABS and PVC edges.
Front extensible support
With small rollers for large panels.
Rear plexiglass enclosure
Allows viewing of the internal operating units and can be opened.
