Panel feeding system featuring a chain with rubber pads for maximum adherence to panels installed on a strong steel chain with 5/8’’ links. Two (2) numerical controlled steel guides on machine frame guarantee the rubber pads to run both in straight line and have a maximum stiffness on side push. 

Top pressure bar with a double row of rubber rollers installed on bearings. The height of the pressure bar can be adjusted by means pf a handwheel, according to the thickness of the panel being processed, and it is fitted with a metric scale height indicator.

Pre-milling with diamond cutterblocks

  • Mills the side of the panel where edge has to be applied to obtain a perfect straight gluing line without imperfections. The unit is complete with waste extraction system and a blower to clean the side of the milled panel before the gluing phase.

 

    Feeding fence with micrometric adjustment. Variable milling from 0 to 2 mm, adjustable with a knob and numerical indicator.

    Edge feeding: feeding synchrony between the panel and the edge to guarantee a perfect glueing thanks to the edge feed roller moving system, directly driven by the panel.

    Pneumatic shear for cutting edge coils up to 3 mm.

    Exclusive features of the cutting shear unit: Oscillatory movement of the cutting shear unit.

    • The oscillatory movement of the cutting shear unit ensures that the edge feeding is not interrupted during coil cutting, guaranteeing perfect gluing for edges up to a thickness of 3 mm and a panel height of 45 mm.

    ''FLEX'' Teflon-coated glue pot to permit complete and rapid cleaning.

    Fitted with six (6) electrical heating elements (four in the glue pot, one in the turret and one inside glue spreading roller) to guarantee uniform temperature, eliminating the risk of high temperatures damaging the glue, which would prevents perfect gluing results. The motorized glue spreading roller distributes a uniform layer of glue that can be adjusted in thickness on the side of the panel to be processed.

    Two (2) pressure rollers:

    • First floating roller Ø 80 mm
    • Second rubber pressure roller

    Automatic front/rear single-motor end trimming unit (straight cut) with copiers and collector hood.

    Flush trimmers with Z4 Ø75 mm cutterblocks, with disposable knives with combined profile straight/radius 3 mm/bevel 1,5° and two(2) motors 12 000 RPM. Flush trimmers with vertical copy roller discs Ø120 mm and front copying pads.

    Glue scraping unit

    • Recommended for the removal of any excess glue in the area of the joint between the panel and the edge.

    Buffing unit 

    • Fitted with two(2) independent motors (0,13 kW at 1400 RPM) to guarantee perfect finish of ABS and PVC edges.

    Front extensible support with small rollers for large panels.

    Rear plexiglass closure to view inside the operating units, which can be opened.
