• Panel feeding system with a chain featuring rubber pads for maximum adherence to panels, mounted on a robust steel chain with 5/8" links.

Two (2) numerically controlled steel guides on the machine frame ensure the rubber pads run straight and maintain maximum resistance to lateral forces.
Top pressure bar
Equipped with a double row of rubber rollers mounted on bearings. The height of the pressure bar can be adjusted using a handwheel, depending on the thickness of the panel being processed, and is fitted with a metric height indicator.

Pre-milling with diamond cutter blocks
Mills the side of the panel where the edge will be applied, ensuring a perfectly straight glue line without imperfections. The unit includes a waste extraction system and a blower for cleaning the milled side of the panel before gluing.

Liquid spray unit separator/anti-glue
Prevents excess glue from sticking to the top and bottom surfaces of the panel.
Facilitates and improves cleaning around the glue line.
Equipped with two atomizers and a liquid tank.

Feeding fence with micrometric adjustment
Variable milling from 0 to 2 mm, adjustable using a knob and numerical indicator.

Edge feeding
Synchronization between the panel and the edge guarantees perfect gluing thanks to the edge feed roller movement system, directly driven by the panel.

Pneumatic shear for cutting edge coils up to 3 mm
Exclusive features of the cutting shear unit:

• Oscillating movement: The oscillatory motion of the cutting shear ensures that edge feeding is not interrupted during coil cutting, guaranteeing perfect gluing for edges up to 3 mm in thickness and panel height up to 45 mm.

Teflon-coated "FLEX" glue pot
Allows for complete, rapid cleaning and glue pot changes in seconds.
Equipped with six (6) electrical heating elements (four in the glue pot, one in the turret, and one inside the glue spreading roller) to maintain a uniform temperature, reducing the risk of high temperatures damaging the glue, which could compromise gluing quality. The motorized glue spreading roller distributes a uniform layer of glue, adjustable in thickness, on the panel side to be processed.

Two (2) pressure rollers

• First floating roller Ø 80 mm.
• Second rubber pressure roller.

Automatic front/rear single-motor end trimming unit (straight cut)
Equipped with copiers and a dust collection hood.

Flush trimmers (NESTING)
Quick changeover between thin edge, two radii, and solid wood.
The system automatically detects the edge thickness, reducing errors.

Corner rounding unit (CR)
For finishing front and rear corners on straight, beveled, and postformed panels.
Diamond cutter block.

Edge scraping unit (NESTING)
Blowers for detaching and removing shavings.
A dust extraction system with a box to separate and collect edge scraping shavings.

Glue scraping unit (NESTING)
Equipped with copier discs and an automatic cleaning system.
Two separate knobs allow easy positioning of the tool and fast exclusion of the unit.

Separator/anti-glue device
Lower and upper atomizers and liquid tank.
Improves panel cleaning by removing glue residue.

Buffing unit
Equipped with two (2) independent motors (0.13 kW at 1400 RPM) to guarantee a perfect finish on ABS and PVC edges.

Front extensible support
With small rollers for large panels.

Rear plexiglass closure
Allows visibility into the operating units, which can be opened.
