PRESS STRUCTURE, fix and movable platens supporting structure built in OMC factory by FE430 welded steel beams
Mobile platen and upper platen supporting structure, as well as top and bottom main beams, machined by high precision CNC centre.  
Special construction technology “NO FLECTION STRUCTURE” Exclusive OMC, avoid the flexion of press structure also at the maximum thrust, for the reliability and durability of the press along the years.
 
HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS built in OMC factory according to a particular OMC technology that comes from over 40 YEARS EXPERIENCE in construction of presses for different applications: wood, plastic rubber and composite materials.  
Cylinders machined by high precision CNC centre and provided with an exclusive OMC bottom closing system.  
Cylinders are stress relieving treated in order to eliminate the metal stress created during machining and welding operations.  
The steel rod is thick layer chromed and then rectified. Cylinder assembling carried out with particular care and constant control of the dimensional tolerances. 
High resistance gaskets grant long life and perfect seal.  
Special flanges grant a perfect guide of the rod even at its maximum outstanding. 
A particular OMC assembly of cylinders in the press avoid possible mechanical stress to the cylinders due to press operations. 
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM with double stage pump: high capacity and low pressure for a fast and smooth platen closing. 
Switch valve for a quick passage to the low capacity and high pressure pump stage that apply the programmed thrust to the panels. 
Pump and electric motor integrated in oil tank, dipped in hydraulic oil, for optimal cooling and protection by dust and external agents.  
All valves and other hydraulic system components mounted on top of oil tank as one unit, in adequate position in order to ease and speed up check and maintenance operations.
STEEL SANDWICH PLATENS for cold pressing  mounted on press structures of fix and mobile platens support that are machined by high precision CNC centre.
Platens made by first bottom layer of thick steel sheet, middle layer of fibers panel and top cover by galvanized steel sheet. 
This particular technology, exclusive OMC Machinery, bring high vertical resistance, over 10 Kg./cm2 and best uniformity of pressure distribution on platens area for best gluing and surface quality of pressed products.
