Handwheel with mechanical digital readout for easy set-up of jointing table height with worm gear system for microadjustment.

The pressure spikes overlap with a minimum of gaps thus holding workpieces firmly and uniformly.  This ensures vibration-free running even for narrow pieces (1/4'').  This also protects the operator against kickback.

The table surface is chrome plated for smooth performance and maximum wear resistance.

The bottom table has motorized table rollers at the outfeed providing superior feeding regardless of the type of wood being used.

Extension outfeed table with rollers for an improved stability of the workpieces.

Variable feeding speed controlled by inverter with electronical digital readout.

Automatic stop of the feeding when oil level is low.

Efficient transmission mechanism with gear clutch to protect the feeding system.  An indicator light lights up to indicate a blockage.

Accessible lower spiral cutterhead for a fast and easy replacement or rotation of the inserts.  The cutterheads have 60 carbide tips of 30 x 12 x 1,5 mm each.

The spiral cutterheads motors start with a standard star-delta motor starter for energy saving.

Manual centralized lubricator system for convenient lubrication of the bridge elevation system combined to an automatic lubricator system for feeding.

Swivelling control panel with electronical digital readout for feeding speed and cutting thickness (metric or imperial) and two (2) ammeters indicating electrical intensity of the spiral cutterheads motors.

Simple lever for quick replacement of the belt as well as rotation of the tips.

Overload protection.

Two (2) emergency stop buttons located in front and rear of the machine.

Safety switches to prevent operation of the machine when the user accesses the cutterheads.
