Master Pro KCD - CNC machine with 3 tables for cabinet doors

From the dialogue with cabinet door manufacturers around the world, MASTER PRO was born, designed in every detail to meet their needs for shaping on five-piece solid wood doors, MDF doors, and central panels.

The operating heads located on opposite sides of the portal simultaneously work on two doors on independent working tables, masking the loading and unloading operations. The automatic and simultaneous positioning of the suction cups, activated by a barcode, allows the processing of doors with different dimensions one after the other.

Inside each suction cup, a pneumatic actuator is inserted, allowing for automatic rotation. Thanks to this feature, all manual setup actions are eliminated, resulting in increased productivity, and it becomes possible to automate the loading and unloading of the machine using an anthropomorphic robot.

To meet different productivity requirements, MASTER PRO can be configured with a single table, two independent tables to partially mask loading and unloading downtime, or three independent tables to completely mask this downtime.

To ensure the best possible machine/robot integration, MASTER PRO can be incorporated into continuous-flow production lines thanks to the automatic loading and unloading of parts via BACCI Automation's anthropomorphic robots, a company within the BACCI group specializing in production process automation.
