PRESS STRUCTURE

• Fixed and movable platen structure composed of Fe430 steel beams, ensuring durability and resistance.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

• Equipped with a two-stage submersible oil pump:
  • Reduces noise during operation.
  • Improves lubrication of rotating parts, enhancing performance and longevity.
• Central hydraulic unit, mounted over the oil tank, complete with the following control and safety valves:
  • Safety valve:
    • Closes the pressure when the pump is in standby mode.
    • Saves energy and prevents unnecessary oil heating.
  • Maximum pressure safety valve:
    • Prevents excessive pressure in the hydraulic system in the event of an electrical or electronic fault.
  • Pressure maintaining valve (check valve):
    • Keeps the hydraulic pressure stable.
  • Release valve (pre-release valve):
    • Prevents overpressure in the hydraulic system.

CYLINDERS

• Steel hydraulic thrust cylinders, designed and tested for industrial applications.
• Automatic pressure setting.
• Manual adjustment of working pressure.
• Quick opening and closing pump for efficient operation.
• Pressing cycle pump for consistent and reliable performance.

SAFETY AND CONTROL

• Two-hand control device for safe operation.
• Emergency stop button for immediate shutdown in case of issues.
