Three operations in one pass !

Control panel with digital readout for elevation for simple and quick adjustment of table height.

Safety bar shutting down the machine immediately to prevent damages caused by feeding too thick workpieces or overlapping.
Disc brakes stop the sanding heads immediately.  Large emergency stop button located on the control panel.

The 3-3/4" sanding pad allows a superior finish and eliminates scratches if a finer grit is used.

Belt cleaning by compressed air jets intervals for reduction of air consumption and an increase of sanding belt's lifespan.

Precise dial indicator allowing easy height adjustement of drum.

Precise dial indicator for the adjustment of planing head height.  The latter may be elevated so that only the sanding unit(s) is(are) used.

Pneumatic control for tensioning and positioning of conveyor belt.

Variable speed controlled by inverter going from 4 to 15 m/min.

Infeed and outfeed tables with two (2) rollers providing large loading area.

Three (3) sanding stations:

• Type P: Planing unit with spiral cutterhead
• Type R: Sanding unit with rubber roller (drum)
• Type C: Sanding unit with combination head - one (1) rubber roller and a sanding pad for a smooth finish
