Heavy-duty constructed pressure mechanism ensuring stability, smoothness of timber feeding and giving maximum precision and cutting safety.

Pressure shoe for short workpieces of minimum 400 mm in length (with entry table, 900 mm minimum).

Motorized elevation of pressure rollers.

Motorized elevation of saw arbor.

The movable saw arbor is controlled by servomotor ensuring fast movement and highly accurate positioning.

Antiblocking roller at the entry of the machine.

Outfeed rollers for maximum stability of workpieces and ejection of long workpieces.

Variable feeding speed controlled by inverter.

Overload protection and decrease of the chain conveyor speed if consumption is excessive.

Digitally controlled central lubrication system ensuring a permanent oil film between the chain and the guide rails. The chain conveyor stops automatically if there is insufficient oil to preserve the life of the feeding chain and precision rails.

Choice between two (2) types of inserts for feeding chain:
- Vulcanized rubber: mainly used with workpieces that are already planed for cuts ready for gluing. Do not mark the wood.
- Steel: used by those needing a little less precision for ripping unplaned wood.

Control panel with touch screen for easy learning. Ten (10) memories of ten (10) widths and foot pedal to facilitate the operation.

Two (2) saw blades 12" included with the machine.

Set of two (2) lasers included for a precision cutting and wood saving. The lasers are equipped with a rotation mechanism for quick positioning of fixed saw blades.

Security sensor stops the blade movement when it is in cutting action.

Three (3) rows of anti-kickback fingers provide maximum safety protection to the operator.

Limit switch that prevents accessibility to the blades when there are running.

Infeed automatic table 3M with electric guide(1HP) and side drive chain (1HP).
