CF-S2W1 * Straight edge sander

--Two oscillating belt sander with variable speed, controlled by inverter mounted on a cast iron column with slidings assembled in dovetails and easily adjustable for a fixed and vibration-free positioning.  Possibitity to activate or not the oscillation based on profiles executed.

Tilting sanding units: -30° ~ +90° with mechanical digital readout (For 90° piece must not be more than 20mm thickness) .

Easily accessible adjustment of belt tension and pad pressure with the regulators located in the center of the sanding unit.

Limit switch with timer at the beginning and the end of sanding cycle, thereby avoiding the deformation of the corner of the workpiece.

--Variable feeding speed controlled by inverter.

Sanding units adjustable in depth and height with mechanical digital readouts.

--One (1) sanding unit  with abrasive Wheel, tilting: 0 ~ +45°.

Positioning of the workpiece with entry fence mounted on two (2) pins on ball bearings for an easy and precise positioning.

Workpiece thickness adjustment with graduated ruler.

Front extensible support for large workpieces.
