For flawless mouldings! Two (2) top brushing stations and two (2) side brushing stations. Machine can accommodate brushes up to 280 mm in diameter. Working width of 200 mm. Brush elevation through handwheels with mechanical digital position indicators. Tilting horizontal brushes from -15° to +15° with preset anchor points. Tilting side brushes from -45° to +45°. Variable rotational speed of brushes controlled by inverter. Each horizontal brush is controlled independently and the two (2) side brushes are controlled together. Variable feeding speed controlled by inverter. Travel (stroke) on linear bearings. Starters with push-buttons. Models of greater capacity, various horizontal and vertical configurations of brushing units and/or with unlimited number of units also available.
