TSG2T-600 - Rectangular tenoner

Simple, rust proof, long living and built in cast iron for a past time solidity.

The continous movement of the working head,reliability the high precision of the cutter revolution mechanism and the absolute rigidity of its cast iron frame, allow the highest reliability and prodcutivity in its category.

The alternate movement of the tables is controlled by an hydraulic cylinder which always grant an exact position of the tenon compared to the reference surfaces.

The machine is equipped as standard with the anti splintering cycle, selectable at operator's choice when necessary.

All of the regulations to modify the tenon lenght, its thickness and inclination are accessible externally on the machine body therefore ensuring a fast setup without the need to stop the machine.
