MOD-600 - Automatic oscillating mortising machine

Simple, rust proof, long living and built in cast iron for a past time solidity. Oscillating spindle with balls sockets sliding over temperated and rectified guides. Overdimensioned spindles for the machining with big diameter tools.

MOD reduces the power consumption thanks to its 3 HP motor which drives the spindle oscillation and its rotation

Thanks to its sturdy cast iron structure and to the presence of a balancing mass in the transimission pulley the MOD can maintain high spindle oscillations speed even for very wide mortises (up to 120 mm.) therefore maximizing productivity.

The alternate movement of the tables is controlled by an hydraulic cylinder which grant an uniform advancement of the tool and therefore a defectless finishing
